Three years ago, Marzae took a passion for wine and conviction that Massachusetts can join other regional trailblazers in producing exceptional natural wine, setting off on a journey to build a new community around sustainable and inclusive ferments. This fall, Marzae worked around the clock in its new winery space in Acton to produce its first vintage.
