PAWLET
Its mildly sweet taste is similar to an Italian-style Toma: creamy & nutty on the palate with bright grassy notes expressive of its terroir.

RUPERT
An Alpine-style cheese inspired by Gruyère and Comté reveals a golden paste which offers a rich complexity of flavor with toasty and buttery notes and a hint of sharpness.

DORSET MINI
Rich, buttery, and with an earthy complexity beneath its orange-hued exterior, this soft-ripened, washed-rind cheese is adored for its creaminess, punctuated by a bit of funk.
