Mei Mei Dumpling Classes

This holiday season, join us for our family’s favorite tradition: dumpling-making! Mei Mei’s virtual cooking classes are memorable and delicious—a special way to share a meal with family, friends or coworkers, no matter where you’re located.

Each class includes 1½ hours of interactive public or private instruction via Zoom video conferencing from one of our live instructors. At the end, you’ll have dinner and the skills and techniques you need to confidently replicate and adapt our recipes.
