Shishito Peppers with Honey

These peppers are like playing roulette—most are mild, but every so often you’ll hit a hot one.

Serves 2–4 as a snack or appetizer

1 pint shishito peppers
local honey
flakey sea salt

Grill or sear peppers until lightly charred but still crisp. Toss in a bowl, drizzle with honey, sprinkle with flaky salt and eat with your fingers.
