Eva Katz

Eva Katz is a recipe developer based in Boston. Most recently, Eva was a contributing editor at “America’s Test Kitchen.” She has taught at professional cooking school, styled food for photography, and cooked in both catering and restaurant kitchens. Eva’s recipes have been featured in Cook’s Illustrated, Cook’s Country, Boston Globe and Fine Cooking.
