2 ounces blueberry-infused gin*

¾ ounces cardamom syrup**

½ ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice

Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

* For every 750ml of Gale Force Gin from Nantucket we add 3 cups of ripened and then frozen blueberries. After two weeks, strain and repeat for three more weeks. After that, strain. Refrigerated it will keep for several months.

** For cardamom syrup: Bring 4 cups sugar, 4 cups water and 3 ounces of ground green cardamom to a simmer. Strain through cheesecloth and let cool. Refrigerated it will keep for several months.
