"My Blueberry Twister cocktail was created because I was given a bottle of Limoncello as a gift, and was trying to figure out what to do with it since I wasn’t a huge fan of drinking it straight. I tried to think about what would go well with lemon in a cocktail, and I thought blueberries would be the perfect foil. As my friends know, the name has evolved over time, but it’s a definite party favorite that goes down far too easily (hence “Twister!”). I recommend Wilson Farms in Lexington as a particularly good source for the blueberries."

Serves 2

1 cup blueberries, muddled (save 6 for garnish)
6 ounces Blueberry Vodka
2 ounces Limoncello
2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
2 ounces tonic water

Stir all ingredients gently over ice and strain to serve straight up in a chilled martini glass. Or, strain and serve over ice in a highball garnished with a lime wedge.
