2 strawberries (or ¼ cup chopped ripe fruit of your choice)
½ ounce simple syrup
¾ ounce yellow chartreuse
¾ ounce lemon juice
2 ounces mezcal (or tequila)
Muddle strawberries with simple syrup in a large glass. Add ice, yellow chartreuse, lemon and mezcal (or tequila). Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
